LisaPulse Privacy Policy

LisaPulse is a personal assistant app. Lisa, its AI agent, places phone calls and sends text messages on your behalf, using the details you enter.

What we store

• Your account: name, email, phone number, address and an optional photo, so Lisa can identify you to the people she calls.
• Your contacts and requests: the businesses and people you add, their numbers and notes, and the instructions you give for each call or text.
• Calls and texts: transcripts, call recordings, message threads, and a short automatic review of each conversation. Recordings are made so you can hear the call afterwards; you may turn recording off in Admin.
• Settings: telephony and AI provider credentials, stored encrypted.
• Support requests: the name, mobile number, email and message you send through the support form, kept so we can reply.

Who processes it

Calls and texts are carried by Twilio. Conversations are understood and composed by Google Gemini (and optionally Anthropic Claude); transcripts are sent to those services during a call. Data is held on our own server. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Recording notice

You are responsible for complying with call-recording and consent laws where you and the people Lisa calls are located.

Your choices

Delete a contact, booking or call from the app to remove its data. To delete your account and all data, send us a request through the support form.
